1.  Exactly where are you located?
      
          A: We are located at 18305 Timbergrove Court, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.  Visit the Location Tab for directions. 

2.  How do I order?

          A: You can order by either phone (503.680.0036) or online (www.shop.pizazzsweets.com)

3.  Do you cater?

          A: Yes, just let us know what kind of event you are planning and what desserts you would like.  Check our menu for choices and ideas.  We charge for our desserts and $30.00 or more per hour depending on staffing needs.

4.  How far in advance do I need to order?

          A:  For small orders (under five dozen) please order three working days in advance, for larger orders please give us one week.  Catered orders and wedding orders need to be made two months in advance.

5.  When do I pay for my special order?

          A:  Payment is due at the time your order is placed.  There is a 10% discount for non-profits, schools, charities, churches, family, friends and orders over $200.

6.  Do you deliver?

          A:  Yes, delivery is available for the Portland Metro area.  The delivery fee is $10.00, and may be subject to change due to mileage and driving time.

7.  What kind of events do you provide desserts for?

          A:  We do birthdays, wedding and baby showers, open houses, holiday parties, weddings, business events, community events, rehearsal dinners, and charitable fundraisers.  Just ask and we will be happy to help you plan the desserts for any event you have planned.

8.  Is there a minimum size for an order?

          A:  Yes, one dozen of the same dessert in the same flavor.

9.  Do you serve desserts for people with special dietary needs?

          A:  Yes, we have vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free choices on our daily menu, and you can special order to fit your dietary needs.

10.  How many desserts do you need per person?

          A:  Generally you need 2-3 minis, or 1 regular or large size dessert.

11.  Do you rent dessert display stands?

          A:  Yes, rental fees are dependent on the size and number of stands required.  All stands must be returned within two working days of your event, and must be clean, undamaged and in their original packaging.  If the stand is damaged in any way, or is missing parts, you will be charged the replacement cost.

12.  What payment methods do you accept?

          A:  We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal.

13.  Do you teach classes on baking and decorating?

          A:  Yes, we teach small group classes on Saturday at our bakery in Lake Oswego.  We teach classes on baking cakes, cookies and pies from scratch and on decorating cupcakes and cookies.  Classes are for 4-6 children ages 6 and older, or 4-9 adults.  Please visit our Baking Classes page for more information.

14.  Do you do parties?

         A: Yes, we do parties at our bakery in Lake Oswego or at a venue of your choice.  We can provide all the baking and party supplies.  The cost of the party is based on the number of people attending, the length of the party, the number of staff required, and your choice of activities and party supplies.  We will give you an estimated party fee before you schedule your party.  All fees are paid at the time you schedule your party.  you may cancel your party up to two weeks before it is scheduled for a 75% refund.  After that no refunds are given.  If there is an unavoidable emergency or unpredictable illness the party may be rescheduled for a later date.  

15.  Do you have gift certificates?

          A:  Yes, you can purchase gift certificates in any amount you request.

16.  Do you donate to organizations?

          A:  Yes, we donate to schools, churches, community and charitable organizations.  We believe in supporting our community.  Please print, fill out, and return the Donations Request Form to:

17.  Do you ship desserts?

          A:  Yes, we ship our cookies, cupcakes, cakepops and macarons nationally.

18.  How do you make your desserts?

          A:  Our desserts are baked fresh from scratch with the best local and seasonal ingredients.  We bake with sweet cream butter and local dairy products, cage free eggs, Madagascar vanilla, Bob's Red Mill flour and gluten free products, seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farmer's markets, New Seasons and Sheridan Fruit Company and make coffee and espresso from Sapori Fine Flavors in Lake Oswego.  We do not use shortening or margarine in our frostings except for our vegan frostings.  

19.  Do you provide tastings?

          A:  Yes, when you place an order for a large event you may come to the bakery and taste up to three flavors of the dessert you are ordering.
